A variety of fiber arts classes are presented through the year by our skilled CFAL Member Teachers. Each teacher manages their own subject matter, venues and class size.
-
Basic class fees are capped at $20 per day, plus any materials or kit fees charged by the teacher.
Non-Members may take a CFAL class by paying an additional $25, and receive a CFAL membership. If payment is made in September through December, the membership will continue through the following year.

Class size is limited. To RESERVE a seat, your non-refundable payment of $20 must be submitted to the teacher. Students are added on a first come, first served basis. A list of stand-by names may be kept once the class is full.

Fill out and submit the Class Submission Form. Once CFAL accepts sponsorship of the class, the description and date will be announced.
Guest Artist Workshops
Occasionally, CFAL organizes a workshop opportunity with a fiber arts teacher of national repute. These highly sought-after teachers and authors offer classes around the country, and online. Bringing them to Louisiana offers our members a chance to attend these workshops without the expense of cross-country travel or lodging.
